My main goal of visiting the hotel was to experience a luxurious lodge with exceptional service and exciting game drives. I must say, I was impressed with everything, but the spa and wellness centre truly stood out to me. the treatments were top-notch and left me feeling rejuvenated. the staff, especially Gloria, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. Thank you to everyone at Kapama for a truly magical experience that exceeded all my expectations.
